Shipping policy
Thank you for your order. Here is everything you need to know about how
your piece will reach you.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS — IMPORTANT
All custom engagement rings and bespoke commissions require a fabrication
period of approximately 6–8 weeks from the date your design is approved.
Shipping time is in addition to this fabrication period. If you have a
specific date in mind — a proposal, an anniversary, a birthday — please
let us know at the time of your consultation so we can plan accordingly.
READY-MADE & COLLECTION ITEMS
In-stock pieces from our collections are processed and dispatched within
1–5 business days of your order being placed.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Standard shipping: $12 — 3 to 5 business days
Expedited shipping: $25 — 1 to 2 business days
Free standard shipping on all orders over $200 CAD
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard shipping: $35 — 10 to 21 business days
Expedited shipping: $50 — 5 to 10 business days
Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on your
country's customs processes, which are outside our control.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs
fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole
responsibility of the recipient. ROOZ Jewellery is not responsible for
any delays caused by customs processing.
INSURANCE & SIGNATURE
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. A signature
is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure someone is
available to receive your package, or arrange an alternative delivery
with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with
your tracking number so you can follow your piece on its way to you.
PACKAGING
Every ROOZ piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully.
Custom commissions include full documentation of materials, provenance,
and care instructions.
